技术描述 Technical Description A. 主机 Machine: CMM 3D系列三坐标测量机是SRJD公司最新一代高性能移动龙门测量机。高稳定性的测量系统,能够快速有效地完成通用的车间检测需要,大大提高了检测效率。
X向横梁采用稳定的精密矩形横梁内三角设计,提供最佳刚性质量比: 从而保证了平稳、精确的运动。
Y轴采用高精度直线导轨,提高了测量机的精度和重复性。
Z轴采用大理石材料基座,组装交叉导轨结合专业的精度调节达到空间精度的稳定性。
CMM 3D三轴导轨均采用高精密直线导轨,具有相同的温度特性及刚性,同时,在设计过程中运用了软件温度补偿和激光补偿功能,使得整机系统具备了改善的抗温变能力和抗形变/扭摆能力,提高了整机空间结构的稳定性,降低了结构微形变、振动以及温度梯度变化对测量性能的影响,整机系统在测量过程中表现出极高的重复性和系统长期的稳定性。

Distinctive TRICISIONTM bridge design for X beam provides optimum stiffness-to-mass ratio. The light alloy bridge is 25 percent stiffer than traditional designs and the X rail has a 50 percent lower center of gravity for smooth, precise movement. Wider bearing separation than competitive bridge designs assures improved control of bridge axis roll for precise volumetric measuring accuracy, reduced repeatability errors, increased acceleration/deceleration and greater measuring throughput.
Panented precision-machined dovetail guideway in Y axis improves CMM’s accuracy and repeatability. From the base machine structure point of view, Function 3D features all-aluminum construction and utilized comprehensive CAD techniques, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Module Analysis, with the result of improved thermal, dimensional/torsional, and geometrical stability and reduce structural deflection and the effects of vibrations and thermal variation on measuring performance. Wrap-around air bearing design optimizes the axis kinematics movement. Therefore the whole system characterizes the optimum measuring repeatability and long-term system consistency. |
